TRIPLE THREAT

Good day my beautiful reader! I apologize for the disappearing act I pulled, so rude of me. Between starting my own business, moving to a new job, God working in my life, and being lazy, I have not been on top of my blog posts, but I'm back and damn does your girl have some tea to spill or what ;) .

I guess let's just start off with a general catch-up. So in the grand scheme of things nothing major has changed. I still live with my parents and still don't have my own car, but hopefully this is something that is going to be changing soon. I have started working on my own business which I am hoping to launch soon, as in this coming week! Then I started working as a homeschool teacher a little while ago, but have now been blessed with an amazing opportunity that honestly came from the Big Guy. This is a crazy story and one I'm not sure you're ready to hear, but I cannot hold it from you any longer!

So I need to start with a bit of a lesson. In my latest Instagram post I posted the caption: "A wise woman once said that when it comes from God it comes with confirmation. And when it comes from the enemy it comes with hesitation, frustration and confusion." I want to elaborate on this for a quick second. When it comes from God, it comes in 3's and we could possibly connect it right to the Holy Trinity, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. In the beginning of time God existed in 3 parts: The Word of God, The Holy Spirit and The Son (or the flesh). When looking for confirmation from a sign, it comes in 3 parts: through the Holy Spirit, this is usually a feeling or a thought that you can usually distinguish to not be your own. Then from the Word of God, and this is why it is so important to read yo bible! If it doesn't align with God's word then it is not of Him, and how will we know what it truly says if we haven't read it ourselves? And then thirdly you have confirmation from a person which is related to the flesh.

So, story time. It was 16h30 on the21st of September 2020 and I decided I needed an afternoon nap. I don't usually take afternoon naps, and yet when I do the strangest of dreams occur, but this one was the strangest of them all. I was sitting among a large group of people - 50 or so - in rows. All of a sudden they all started massaging the foreheads of the person in front of them, swaying back and forth and chanting something. I didn't know what was happening, but I could tell it was New Age practices. The person behind me tried to massage me and I jumped up telling them, "no no no no, I don't want any of that". I was standing with the rest of the Christians and the guy behind me said to the New Agers, "We are powerful and you should be afraid." I realized he wasn't speaking to the people, but instead speaking to the demons inside of them. Creepy right? Not as creepy as its about to get...

The New Agers stood up and said that they weren't afraid of us, and then revealed their bellies, including the men, and they were pregnant with demons that you could see moving inside of them. At first I was afraid, I was petrified, kept thinking I could never live without you by my side... moving on. I quickly realized that my God is so much greater than this, so I stood up and said aloud, "In the name of Jesus, Satan be gone out of them." and fruit started spilling out their shirts where their pregnant bellies were. I then went around spreading the word of God and the good news about Jesus and how He gave His life for our sins. Some people were happy, but most of the people were angry, telling me, "we didn't ask you to do that, we were just fine before". Yikes right.

And then I woke up. I legit could not believe what I had just experienced, but I could tell clearly that it was a dream God had given me and I had no idea what it meant, so I reached out to friends and family members to see if someone could help me interpret the dream. And someone did, but before that, something even more crazy happened.

So because I only woke up at like 10pm, no one was really awake to talk, and instead of sleeping (because who could sleep after a dream like that) I decided to READ MY BIBLE... yeah we know where this is going. So I was reading numbers and it is just a book of rules and laws and nothing I really find extremely excited, so imagine my reaction to the first thing that stands out to me in Numbers 12:6, "When a prophet of the Lord is among you, I reveal myself to him in visions, I speak to him in DREAMS."

I was like, um, okay, I'm listening. Next thing that stands out to me, and I say "stand out" because as I have said before, the Word of God is the Living Word of God, so you can feel when He is speaking to you through it. So the next verse that stood our to me was Numbers 13:27-28, "We went into the land in which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey. HERE IS ITS FRUIT (the fruit spilling from their shirts). But the people who live there are powerful and their cities are fortified (the people standing up and saying they weren't afraid). Going further in Numbers 13:30, "We should go up and take possession of the land for we can surely do it." (Me standing up to them in the name of Jesus). Numbers 13:33, "We saw the Nephilim there" (Nephilim were the children of the fallen angles and humans! So the pregnancy!)... Numbers 14:1-3, "That night all the people of the community raised their voices and wept aloud. All the Israelites grumbled against Moses and Aaron, and the whole assembly said to them, "If only we had died in Egypt! Or in this desert! Why is the Lord bringing us to this land only to let us fall by the sword?" (which was when the people weren't happy with me when they were set free).

By now it was midnight and I was sitting on my bed thinking to myself, "what the actual just happened...?" I couldn't tell anybody.

Next day I spoke to my friend who could interpret dreams and she told me that God is preparing me for my next season. That the rows could symbolize getting ready for battle. She also said that the dream is revealing to me that Christians aren't immune to the practices of New Agers and that we need to be so careful with what we do and what we decide to let in. The fruit falling from their shirts could symbolize giving birth to evil, and to also allow me to think about what kind of fruit am I sowing in this season? Fruit doesn't always mean good.

So now I'm thinking okay, my next season, He's going to start equipping me. God's time works a lot slower than ours so I thought I still had time. THAT AFTERNOON I get a phone call from the Renaissance Spa asking me to come in for an interview because I came highly recommended. I wasn't looking for a job, I wasn't applying for a job, I wasn't even praying for a job. But I was praying for God to use me. It then hit me... I just had a dream about people massaging and practicing new age practices which they do at spas. So I said a little prayer, "God if this is your plan and if this is where you want to place me next and my time with the family is over then let your will be done. I know better than to fight you." The next day, which was now the Thursday, I had my interview. So many doors were opening in that interview that I had to take the job.

And that's the tea folks. God is so good.
